Does Public Notification Instant App support related records?

Does the Public Notification template support returning the addresses from records from a related table? The use case is to get the owner information from a table of condos that fall on the selected properties. There was a way to do this with the public notification widget in Web App Builder.

We are working on adding this capability in Public Notification template app, it should be available in next ArcGIS Online release.
