Compass, zoom slider, and pan/rotate toggle widgets are not displaying in 3D viewer instant apps since the update of ArcGIS Online.

@Matt_Payne, I didn't see this post. I just posted the same exact issue that is going on in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2. I configured the Navigation Toggle Controls and the Zoom Controls. I saved and published my 3D Viewer configuration, and when I launch the app, I see the tools for a split second when the app is loading, and they are gone, but all the other widgets I have configured load with no issues.
