When selecting a cluster in the app, the map pop-up (shown below) does not show a '<A href="https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/configure-clustering-mv.htm#GUID-5213C55C-D290-438F-AC81-9ACDE03E8A66" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Browse features</A>' button like Map Viewer does.
