The Imagery Viewer app is designed to allow you to explore imagery data using various tools. You'll find more info here on the data requirements for that app:

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/instant-apps/latest/create-apps/imagery-viewer.htm

What types of things do you need the app to do? If you just want to show a map you can use the Media or Basic instant apps to do that and both have the option to enable additional tools like Legend, Scalebar etc.

I created a web map, then instant app web app using the imagery viewer. I added the app to my hub site. However, if I'm logged out I can't see the map on the hub. When I went back into the app there is an error message, "This application requires at least one imagery or imagery tiled layer to function." I don't understand this because the map uses the hybrid basemap. What do I need to do so that the map shows on the hub site? Please don't make it too technical, thank you!
