Add GeoPDF capability to Instant Apps Export/Print widget.

Earlier this year I was suprised and delighted to discover my ExB and WAB apps were creating GeoPDFs. But today I am very disappointed to discover the PDFs created with Instant Apps Sidebar are not GeoPDFs. We have many users that like to create GeoPDFs to make simple, offline maps for use with the Avenza Maps app.

GeoPDFs and Avenza Maps are very important during wildfire season. The Wildfire Management Team frequently works with volunteer fire departments. GeoPDFs and Avenza Maps offer a low barrier system for quickly distributing vital wildfire information.

Please improve the Export/Print widget in Instant Apps to support GeoPDF output.

I would like to support that idea. GEOPDF's are a really useful and low impact feature to offer to various non-gis users.
