Move "Enable hover pop-up" to Interactivity --> Explore/navigate subsection

In the Media Map instant app, the setting for "Enable hover pop-up" is currently located under About --> Location details, when in Full setup mode. Our users are not able to find it in that location, and the help documentation provides insufficient guidance for them to locate it (see Media Map and Configuration window.) This includes users who may have seen it in Express setup mode, and turned it on, but switched to Full setup mode, and not cannot figure out how to turn it off.

Our users' experience suggests it would be better to locate this functionality in the Interactivity section for both Express and Full set up modes. And, in Full mode, to put it in the Explore/navigate subsection, which bills itself as the place to, "Configure map tools for exploring and navigating the map."

@PeterKnoop thanks for the feedback. In the June update of ArcGIS Online, we made a location change to the hover popup option. It is not in Interactivity > Explore.
