Allow Survey123 report generation from Manager Instant App

Suggestion: add a configuration option to allow users to generate a report using a pre-configured Survey123 report template within the Manager Instant App.

Example: I just set up the new Manager Instant App for a Survey123 form we're using for biological monitoring. It was very easy to set up and I think it will be very helpful to our users. The Manger app allows lead biologists to review and update the monitoring forms submitted via Survey123 by field biologists. Once a lead biologist cleans up all the reports, she asks a GIS Specialist to generate the reports from the Survey123 website. It would be a lot easier if she could generate reports for selected records right from the Manager app, perhaps by clicking a "generate report" option in the same dropdown where users can download a CSV file. The zipped reports would then appear in her downloads folder just like they do when they are generated from the Data tab of the Survey123 website.

On the backend, I would configure which report template would be used and what the name and format of the report file would be.

This would allow us to give end users access to just one report without having to give them access to (and train them on) the whole Survey123 website.
