The deactivation of the “Insights” product is a great disrespect to customers around the world. I work at a university in Brazil and we have several presentations using this tool and there is no substitute. It's not the first time I've seen the company do something like this, but it creates instability in the way we present our public data. That's months of work lost and months more to rebuild them precariously on other tools. You don't have any substitutes for graphics like the one below.

I have an example in the link. Your local representative even tried to help us, but we didn't want to use another tool and we believed in Insights. They should have thought about improving it.

https://insights.arcgis.com/#/edit/88e8717482dd434a9f19a11b0bb527c6

Years of public data will be lost that is used in international metrics and rankings. Now, I've had to move it precariously to the Dashboard.

Hi, thanks for sharing your question. The answer is no, Insights reports will not be available after June 2026. ArcGIS Insights will be removed from ArcGIS Online at the time of deprecation (June 2026). If their reports are created using Insights Enterprise, they will stop working once they move to 12.0. or until the they have a valid insights license.
