Need Assistance with Predefined Filter Syncing in ArcGIS Insights

I am currently working on a project in ArcGIS Insights and have encountered an issue with the predefined filters. Specifically, I am having trouble syncing two predefined filters together.

The problem I am facing is that when I apply a filter to one dataset, the other predefined filter does not automatically update to reflect the changes made by the first filter. In other words, the filters are not syncing as I expected them to.

I have reviewed the documentation and tried various approaches, but I have not been able to resolve this issue on my own. I believe it might be a technical or configuration problem, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance from the ArcGIS Insights community

I had a similar problem. I used a table to get around the issue. Maybe that will work for you as well?

Thanks for your question, Not sure if you found a workaround here but the predefined filters are a way for your viewers to filter out the data they want. What you are asking is something similar to Drillthrough filters which we don't support right now. Please refer to this Esri Community Post for possible workarounds.

Hi - So sorry! I don't get to Insights often and the program I was working with didn't want to use this option, so I cannot link to a finished product that uses this. The end user has to be aware of all the options selected for this to make sense. Our needs were more basic and had to apply to a larger audience.

What I did to navigate around this not working as expected was set up a series of filters that pile on top of each other as you navigate down the page.

For me this looked like a temporal filter, county filter (using a table or map), and then 2 additional bar charts (that act as filters). Not exactly what you were looking at doing, but maybe this will help you find a workaround.
