Water Utilities Workflow Template

I am trying to get access the Water Utilities Workflow Template (https://arcgis-insightslab.hub.arcgis.com/apps/dcf2b590d8614fd28d270d9b1013afbe/about) on the Insights Lab Cookbook page but I keep getting an error saying I am not a member of the organization. Any help in being able to download this template would be great.

@Scott_Aulen thank you for responding, that link does not seem to be working either. I am getting the same error saying that I am not apart of the organization and cannot login. I am using my ArcGIS online account when trying to access this template.
