Insights Export Feature Layer Dataset

When adding feature layer dataset into Insights workbook, unless you are the owner of the feature layer or an administrator, you can't export the feature layer dataset from workbook, it can only be exported from the home page. This is inconvenient if I have created a relationship with this feature layer dataset with other dataset in the workbook and I'd like to export the combined new dataset.

For example, #3 is joined by #1 and #2, since #1 dataset can't be exported, #3 dataset can't be exported as well.

Although I can exported #1 dataset from home page (see below), but I really needed the combined data not just this dataset alone.

Yes, I'd like to give the user an option to download filtered data - I see a way of using Insights within an Open Data site along with internal uses too.
