I would like to have the following features available in Insights for ArcGIS so I can make visual interpretations of my data more easily.

Adjust the minimum, maximum, and scale values for the x- and y-axis
Ability to add a secondary access to overlay correlated data of a different scale

#1 This is so important. I used to make graphs for research papers. Lots of graphs and we did this in excel. Tableau can do it. It makes Insights unusable for much of our reporting needs.

It's crazy that this is not yet implemented! You can modify the minimum and maximum axis bounds within charts in the "new" ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, but not in Insights. It has to be coming soon... I hope.
