Publish Floor Aware Layers

Hi Community,

I have published my floor aware map from ArcGIS Pro to AGOL and I can view the floor aware map in the Map Viewer. However, whenever I publish a new layer (configured as floor-aware in ArcGIS Pro) and add the layer to my floor aware web map, the new layer does not appear to be floor aware in the Map Viewer. (Although I found a work-around to use AGOL Assistant to make it floor aware, I understand it is not an ideal solution.)

I have noticed some community users have a setting in their Map Viewer to enable floor filtering for any chosen layer, but I don't have such setting. Does it mean my organisation is not licensed with ArcGIS Indoors Map Extension, or am I missing something?

@anbinh the Indoor Layers settings are available in Map Viewer in an org that has the Indoors Maps license (see screenshot below).
