ECW files

hi all,
I wanted to know if someone managed to use some of the options of the Image Server (visualize elevation, Pancromatic etc. ..) from an image in ECW format.

Now I have no problems in publishing services, but can not use any option.
I would also like to know if someone uses the format ECW.

There are limitation on serving ECW files.

but I had already read this document and download the plug-in. Otherwise would have been impossible to publish services image from ecw file :).
My question was asked to exchange experiences with someone else who uses the format ecw.
