Error in Export Image function of Image Service (not giving the image)

I have created a mosaic dataset and added rasters in it.
Then I published it as image service. I used query method to display all records of my dataset.
But when I try to view raster image of any of the object id using "Export Image" method, a gray/black image comes instead of the correct image. The thumbnail is displayed correctly.
I am using the following URL to view the image
***/ImageServer/1/image?bbox=-160.76599999999996,72.31557750000007,-160.12101119999997,73.08000000000004

I have also attached the snapshot of the same.

Need help to resolve the problem.

Nikhil,

Pls try one of the following two options and see if to fix:
[INDENT]1. Install the Service Pack 5 (if you are using image server 10.0); and then try to �??Export�?? on �??selected�?? raster again;
[/INDENT]
[INDENT]2. Directly �??Download Selected Raster�??, if �??selected�?? raster is in TIFF[/INDENT]

Note,[INDENT]For Option 2, if �??selected�?? raster sources are NOT in TIFF, the operation will fail. Personally, it may indicate that the algorithm of �??Export - Download Selected Raster�?? has bugs, at least, in other formats like MrSID, IMG, etc. [/INDENT]
