Raster 3-band No Data value changing in ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro

Hi, I have a 3-bands raster as below.

How to convert it to the 3-bands raster with No Data R=0, G=0, B=0 ? (see the second image below – I can do it in QGIS but prefer ArcGIS - automatisation in Model Builder).

What I want to do (result inQGIS).:

Make image active in the contents

Imagery Tab, Raster Functions

Search for Mask.

Set raster to the raster dataset that you want to work with

For No Data Interpretation - set to 255

For No Data interpretation - Match Any

Create New Layer
