Optimize Rasters script - skip if already optimized

Hello,

I would love if users could have the ability to skip duplicates when optimizing rasters. Meaning if the raster has already been optimized and exists in the output location do not optimize it again/do not overwrite the already optimized files. Currently, I just use my own script to accomplish something similar, but having this as an option in the Optimize Raster script inherently would be nice.
