Raster Functions

Hi,

I recently was working on a Imagery in Action MOOC lesson which used ArcGIS Online and Raster Functions. Using the account access provided in the mooc I was able to complete the lesson but when I returned to my organizational account the raster function analysis tool was not there.

I am the administrator of the account signed in as a GIS Professional Advanced. In reading about the requirements for the Arc Image addon, it says you need Creator level to add that license. How can I change my role from GIS Professional Advanced to Creator?

Hi Peter - Have you purchased the ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online User Type Extension? You will need that to access the Raster Function Analysis Tools.
