ArcGIS should consider support for Arcade expressions in the pop-up configuration of image service layers. For example, you should be able to convert the temperature in Celsius to Fahrenheit by using an Arcade Expression in the pop-up custom expression:

Excellent idea. Add ability to style HTML/CSS with Arcade/JS and it will be dynamite. Say, for example, a temperature is above a certain limit; it can be colored red. Or the whole background could be red. Data-driven visuals, like maps are in general. Food for thought.

I would like to do this for a DEM, which has its units as meters, to also show the units in feet. A simple calculation would make this work and benefit our users who are more familiar with feet than meters.
