Extracted .h264 video and .csv metadata from a public .mp4 FMV (that plays well in the ArcGIS Pro player.) When trying to multiplex them using the tutorial methoda video is not created,&nbsp; I get the following warnings:</P><P>1. video&nbsp; timestamps overlap they should be in number format.
