idea When using the FMV Video Player, users should be able to control refresh rate. in ArcGIS Image Analyst Ideas

When using the FMV Video Player, users should be able to control refresh rate when the "Automatic Follow" option is selected.

Currently, ArcGIS Pro seems to determine what Automatic Follow means based on hidden parameters. Users should be able to decide how often the Automatic Follow option updates the Map location during playback. In some cases the Automatic Follow option refreshes too quickly and basemap or other user data cannot load quickly enough to make the Automatic Follow view useful. In some cases the Automatic Follow option refreshes too quickly and appears to be jumpy. This makes Automatic Follow less useful as a briefing or screen recording tool.
