Is Arc GIS Hub server down?

Is anyone else receiving the "404 Not Found" error when trying to access their hub site? I get the error entering the URL and from the backend trying to edit the site from my "content" tab.

Is the Esri server down or could this be an issue on my end?

My organizations Hub sites all have that same error right now as well.

ESRI's Hub Health Dashboard just updated to show it is down. (https://hubstatus.arcgis.com/ )
"Oh no. ArcGIS Hub is not available.

We are currently experiencing issues with our ArcGIS Hub sites. The problem is under active investigation by our technical team. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible."
