      <title>Is Arc GIS Hub server down?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else receiving the "404 Not Found" error when trying to access their hub site?&amp;nbsp; I get the error entering the URL and from the backend trying to edit the site from my "content" tab.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the Esri server down or could this be an issue on my end?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My organizations Hub sites all have that same error right now as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
