I'm seeing the buttons on my ArcGIS hub site have been removed and are instead integrated into the item icon. Our QA environment still has the button available/visible.

Hey Klara--thanks for getting back to my question. The issue actually resolved itself over the course of the day. The buttons are appearing on our items as expected. Thanks again!!
