ArcGIS Hub Header adds LARGE space when applications are open

Does anyone else have this issue? The large white space is larger or smaller depending on if I have Prominent or Minimal selected for the header settings, but is there either way. (Not a custom header either). The application (instant app) is opened from a gallery card and when opened it adds this large white space above the application, and below the navigation title bar. Doesn't seem to matter if it is Chrome or Edge.

Additional note: Refresh my browser = realigns... but then if I go back to the Site home page, the top text is cut off... until I refresh >> then if I re-open the application == big space again >> refresh == realign >> Site Home >> text cut off, round and round we go.

@Teresa_Blader Yes, we have observed this behavior for a few weeks on our hub pages as well. As you describe, a one-time refresh solves the problem, but only until another page is visited. The issue occurs with both standard and custom headers.

@Teresa_Blader - yes we are seeing the same large white space appear when viewing apps. We have a custom header.
