topic Only Show Section of Hub Site to the Public, Hide for logged in users in ArcGIS Hub Questions

I know there is a way to only show sections of a Hub site to a specific group, but is there a way to only show a section to the public? My use case is that I have a section asking people to create an account, but I don't want users that are logged in to see that. Would this be best handled by having a page for the logged in users?
