Set up data download from Hub using display name instead of field name

Noticed that the field names in our datasets have been reformatted and truncated. There are _ instead of spaces and all the column titles are cut off. Is there a way to set up the download so that it includes the display name instead of the field name?

I've been looking for the same ability. The only place I've been able to export a data table to csv and preserve field alias as well as domain values is the experience builder table export tool. And that seemed to change recently for me at least - now only export selected returns alias and domain, export all returns field names and domain codes.
