Gallery Card Links Erroring

When trying to view a link in a gallery card we have recently started to receive the below message. This is occurring seemingly at random on our Open Data portal. Sometimes, a link works and displays the right page, but if this page is then refreshed, the below error message may appear. Other times, the error appears straight away. We've been unable to find any logical reason this might be happening, and have been able to replicate the error across internet browsers, while logged in and out of ArcGIS Online, and after removing and reentering gallery cards and republishing.

Has anyone come across this issue before and found a solution?

I am sorry, I do not. I did log it as a bug, but I do not control prioritization. You may wish to reach out to Support so that you can have a trackable issue.
