Wrong "Date Updated" in "You may be interested in" section

Hi, I think there might be a bug on Hub? On the Full Details page of a published data, in the "You may be interested in" section at the bottom, all Date Updated seem to default to December 31 1969?

We are also seeing this error in our Hub Site. (see screenshot)

This appears to affect multiple other sites as well--here are a few examples from the Hub Gallery from Esri.

I can confirm I am seeing the same thing. Everything says "Date Updated: December 31, 1969".
