Missing Attributes in Hub Site Table Explorer

Some of our datasets are missing several attributes in the table explorer although they do appear in the map explorer if you click a feature to see the popup. I've checked that attributes are present in the feature service, in AGOL item's visualization popup and data tabs. This is happening with multiple hub sites but our most recent one is https://opdemographicdatahub-dcgis.hub.arcgis.com/. Example layers,

https://opdemographicdatahub-dcgis.hub.arcgis.com/datasets/DCGIS::acs-demographic-characteristics-dc/about - 1 attribute listed. View map to see popup with full attributes. Table preview showing 1. Supporting service and AGOL item.
https://opdemographicdatahub-dcgis.hub.arcgis.com/datasets/DCGIS::acs-economic-characteristics-dc/about - no attributes listed. View map to see popup with full attributes. Table preview showing none. Supporting service and AGOL item.

Same issue is occurring in our other hub site https://opendata.dc.gov. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? Can you help me resolve this?

More interesting stuff... the popups are no longer showing attribution in map explorer. Even for layers that have data in table explorer. I looked around at other states and cities and see some same behavior. Can you confirm?
