Cannot download data from open data page download button

We have a dataset setup for a client on their hub. We've found that we cannot use the download buttons to download the dataset. I have tried multiple times to "recreate the download files" but so far nothing has worked. Can a Hub team member maybe check out the layer and see if they can understand the problem?

@Anonymous User any idea why this happens? Is the only solution for you to do something on the backend?

we look into the answer to that question with each fault. We're still investigating this one but will post back once we have the summary
