New (to me) Open Data Warnings

In our "Data Manager" tab, we started experiencing a new warning:

Warning: messages.processors.service.group_layer_warning

Does anyone have any insight to this?

This seems to be happening on all of our datasets and refreshing does not seem to make any difference. Also not sure how long this has been happening as I've neglected to check the page for a while.

Ideas?

We are experiencing the same issue today. These warnings weren't here a few weeks ago when we last checked it. The only reason we noticed this is because our layers weren't showing up in search results on the global search page. I'm wondering if something widespread is going on. ArcGIS Online isn't reporting any issues, so maybe it's strictly an Open Data issue?

We are experiencing the same issue. There are at least 13 layers that have this issue which is now not showing up in the Open data site.

Also having the same problem. We just noticed ours today. Oddly enough, one of the layers that was having that message this morning seems to have resolved itself. The rest of my layers are still carrying the error message

Yup, I noticed it yesterday on our Open Data site. After some quick checks to see if the data seemed to be working, I filed it under "Esri has a temporary problem that they'll get around to noticing and sorting out" so I wouldn't be tempted to burn time on it.

It is supposed to have 151 datasets, currently it is only showing 138 of them.

I have included few services that have that a warning error and is not showing in the Open data site.

Looks like this issue has been fixed. I can see all the items in the Open data, however I still have the warning.

Looks like the warning is gone from our Data Management page

Now we have another:

Warning: This Dataset comes from an Item that points to more than one layer. For Open Data, we recommend that Items reference individual layers.

and one I didn't catch yesterday:

Warning: messages.inspectors.display_field.not_present

All of our open data layers are referenced as individual feature layers so I'm not sure what's generating that warning.

I think the warning found in our CIty Boundary layer is because there are only "shape" and "objectID" fields visible.

Hi Cameron,

The error about individual layers is the human-translated version of the error you saw yesterday about group layers. It shouldn't be appearing on those datasets - we're working on getting that resolved and looking into the display_field warning as well.

I just checked and we are getting the same warning as well (This Dataset comes from an Item that points to more than one layer....) on all our datasets as well, despite them already being single layers.

Warning: This dataset comes from an item that points to more than one layer. For Open Data, we recommend that items reference individual layers.

For three datasets (each layer referenced individually) in a service.

I'm seeing this error on the "items" tab of the dataset manager. This is a bug that will be fixed for our next release of the administrative app.
