Incomplete data download from hosted feature

When using the Download Data (Full Dataset) of a hosted feature layer on our open data site incomplete results are returned. Currently there are 3380 records in the dataset and when the download results are opened (CSV and shapefile) there are only 2605 records.

I don't work with my organization's Open Data much, but it has something to do with the cached files. If I manually query the service for GeoJSON output, I get all the records. If I use the GeoJSON download link in Open Data, which appears to point to a static GeoJSON file, it only returns 2600 records.

Hi,

Your site is currently serving the cached download. You can reset the cache by going to the open data administrative app and hitting the reset button on the data tab.

Let me know if this doesn't do the trick and I'll take a closer look.

Yes that helped, thank you! I had read on another thread that caches are supposed to be automatically updated/reset for hosted feature services when data is added or changed. Is that correct?
