Cannot publish to Open Data Site

There appears to be a problem with publishing from ArcGIS Online to our Open Data site:

We are making public our document links in ArcGIS Online to the Open Data group. But they are not appearing on our open data site - geoportal.statistics.gov.uk and they are not appearing on the hub.arcgis.com admin site as items or datasets in the Data section. Even though I'm the owner. I have tried updating the Index - no effect. In the hub.arcgis.com admin site site I cannot reset the cache on old datasets because it says they do not belong to the organisation

Any advice please?

Hi,

We had a queue in our job processing that caused writes to our index to be delayed. We've added capacity and the queue is down to 0. You should see updates occurring as normal now - let us know if you continue to experience issues.
