I have a Hub page created with a story map embedded into the page as a map card. Is there a way to disable a map card region for scrolling, so as to allow a user to scroll on the hub page, but then to click within the map to scroll within the map card region?

Hi Jovana Burz‌ -- none of the embed style Hub site/page layout cards (i.e. app card, iframe card, map card, etc.) currently have a "touch to interact" style configuration yet.

Given your comment, it sounds like you are referring to a map card within a StoryMap which is embedded on a Hub Page. Hub doesn't have any control over what is inside an embed style layout card, this would have to be controlled by the configuring application (StoryMaps in this case). I've looked at the new StoryMaps map card, unfortunately it doesn't appear it provides a "touch to interact" configuration either at the moment.
