Why can't I add datasets to Open Data sites?

I am working on Open Data sites and got the same problem "'Why can't I add datasets to Open Data sites?' in GeoNet.

Hi Dat,

How large are the datasets, and when did you start attempting to add them to your Open Data site? As Andrew Stauffer mentioned, it could take longer for larger datasets to show up.

What things have you already tried to resolve the issue? This may be a good starting point for recommendations going forward.

Hi,

I have the same issue as Dat Nguyen. When I add datasets to my Open Data groups they don't show up on my Open Data website. I've tried to re-share them, create new Open Data groups and waited a couple of days for them to show up, but nothing. Any idea on what else I can do to resolve the issue?

Hi Markus,

Can you share some links to the Online items you are attempting to share, and can you confirm that they are indeed shared with an open data group and everyone (public)?

HI,

I have the same problem.

I'm sure I have set the group to OpenData and public groups

However, on opendata site does not display feature dataset,

As shown below:(Set Date 2016/07/22)

And I trying Test,

Setting the moment there is no information immediately ran out, the next day it ran one dataset, and 15 other items

But the OpenData site did not show the other dataset.

Hi,

We were experiencing delays with datasets appearing on sites last week - that is fixed now.

Will you please post URLs to the items you have tried to add but have failed? Feature services should appear quickly on sites. I see in one of your screenshots that there is a shapefile - we do not support these file types, which is why it has an error.
