Downloading Issues with Open Data

For some data sets I can preview the data and see how many records are in the data but when I download the data, not all the data is downloading (I tried downloading as a spreadsheet and as a shapefile).

Another issue we are having is the incorrect data is downloading. For example, we have collision data by year and when I preview current year collisions, it shows this years data but when I download the data, it downloads last year data.

You will most likely have to contact the owner of the data directly.

What format is the data?

Lets clarify what you mean by downloading it? Where are you getting it from? If it is your data I would think you would not have to download it unless you store it off site.

When you preview it what are you using to preview it?

ArcGIS desktop or ArcGIS pro?

Would you please open a ticket with support? They can help you determine the exact steps to reproduce the issues you are facing. From there it's much easier for our developers to solve the problem.
