Enable collapsable sections on hub pages

To assist with the layout of ArcGIS Hub pages, it would be useful to be able to create sections / groups which can be expanded or collapsed dependent on the users interests. This would make navigation within a page much cleaner and enable more content to be stored on a single page without cluttering it.

yes, it would be very usefull to support the data-parent css attribute from bootstrap.

my users are lost with the actual nav because the collaspe work partially in hub and enterprise site but work fine in a WW3school online editor https://www.w3schools.com/code/tryit.asp?filename=GHVEBCESQOM7

After further investigation I realise that this is partly achievable with Accordion within a text box, but it would still be useful to have entire collapsible sections.
