    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear Sir or Madam,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have 10 stations of climatic factor and daily 15 years. I want to make the interpolation of EBK for that data to the whole surface used for the model. If you do not mind, please show me the steps/code in python or s.t else and what are the format of data input/output I should prepare for the code?
