    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Im trying to run geostatistical analyst's IDW but keep getting the following error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'you do not have the necessary license to execute the tool'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;followed by:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'adding this item is not supported or the application that opens it is not found'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have checked my ArcGIS desktop manager and it says i have a valid license for geostatistical analyst. Im confused as to why it doesnt work. Cheers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You may just need to enable the extension.&amp;nbsp; In ArcMap, go to Customize pulldown menu and select Extensions.&amp;nbsp; Make sure Geostatistical Analyst is checked.&amp;nbsp; If that isn't the problem, you'll need to contact Esri support.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
