Geostatistical Analyst tools not available

Hi There,

Does anyone know why my tools under "Geostatistical Analyst/Explore Data" pull down menu in ArcMap all dimmed out. I am currently using ArcMap 10.0 version.

Is there anywhere I can download. I would like to do some data normality testng.

Your help is fully appreciated.

Franky -

You would need to enable the Geostatistical Extension under the Customize -> Extensions menu to have this functionality...if you've purchased the extension previously. You can find additional information/pricing for the Geostatistical Extension at: http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/extensions/geostatistical/index.html

Do you know of any way to access a trial version of Geostatistical Analyst? The page you've directed us to has a link to a 60-day trial, but does not actually provide any information to activate a trial version of the extension.
