For example, if I had estimate and error surfaces of characteristic X for an entire city (created from 10,000 sample points throughout the city), and I had a collection of non-overlapping neighborhood polygons that exhausted the complete territory of the city, is there a way to create a set of neighborhood-level estimates (and errors) from the geostatistical layer?
