    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am a GIS student and trying to map typical spread rate by flight and project areas of spread around known infected trees, by year for the next 5 to 7 years. I am dealing with beetle infestation on certain types of trees along roads. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; I do not have experience doing this, could anyone tell me the steps or direct me towards a solution?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Greatly appreciate it!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
