topic GeoEvent 10.4.1 and 10.4 Trimble TAIP Connector in ArcGIS GeoEvent Server Questions

I am using the Id as the TRACK_ID, but I am noticing that there are issues with the resulting stream service. It appears that some of the vehicle locations are being put at the wrong location. For a particular vehicle, it will have several in the correct location, but then the next one will appear on the other side of the city and then the following one will go right back where it should be. Below is a screenshot displaying the issue.
