Error Update and Add Feature Output

In GeoEvent Processor Manager services, i have to make some update and add feature output. But then, i have error for all update and add feature output Status: Error - Stopping Stream 'angkot busway tes' because the Transport is not available

I have check transport inbound and outbood too, but there no error or nothing happen in that transport. i use geovent 10.3.

How can this be debugged? Thanks.
