Data Retention Option on Spatiotemporal Big Data Store

Hi,

I have configured the BDS data source with the "Data Retention Option" set to 1 hour.

However the data are not being purged even after several days.

Is there something I am missing?

PS: Using ArcGIS Enterprise base deployment with a GeoEvent Server version 10.9.1.

I saw a defect come through recently that describes this exact issue for GeoEvent 10.9.1 exclusively:

BUG-000146180: The data retention option on a spatiotemporal data sources set via ArcGIS GeoEvent Server is not honored appropriately.

No workarounds listed at this time, but it looks like it is already being investigated by the product team.
