Hi all,

I have installed ArcGIS server 10.4.1 with Geoevent extension 10.4.1. I also updated my licenses through "SoftwareAuthorization.exe". but when I access to the Geoevent manager I am getting error as folllows.

"Current Version: 10.4.1

ArcGIS GeoEvent Extension for Server is not licensed. Contact System Administrator to have a license installed."

I have checked my keycode file, and licenses were listed properly. but when I check the log file for the geoevent server. I do see its license issue. Do I need to re-install the geoevent extension? and how can I clean up the keycode file?

thanks,

As far as I know, ArcGIS 10.1-10.4.1 products won't work with ArcGIS 10.5 license. Try installing/upgrade to ArcGIS 10.5 product for GeoEvent Server as well along with all other products.

And 10.1-10.4.1 license has expired. So, those licenses won't work either.

As Jayanta mentioned, your 10.4 licenses are showing they expired on June 8. If it is on maintnence, you may just need to run the authorize license with the new 10.4 code from your myesri page, or update/install 10.5.x keep in mind, 10.5.x might be listed as "Enterprise", but 10.4.x may still be listed as ArcGIS Server.
