Copy/transfer GeoEvent settings to new server?

Does anyone know if it is possible to copy/transfer GeoEvent Processor inputs, outputs, and services from one ArcGIS Server instance to another? I'm going from AGS 10.4 to AGS 10.5 on a different server. Worst case is that I just have to re-create my current settings on the new server. I just wondered if there is a way to more easily transfer them. Thanks
