      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[This is not related to GeoEvent Processor functionality]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was working on the tutorial for GeoEvent Processor:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#/Making_features_come_alive/01540000066t000000/"&gt;http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#/Making_features_come_alive/01540000066t000000/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 2 was to create a File GeoDatabase and in step 7 map service is created with feature access.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is this something new in 10.2, that a layer from file gdb can used in the mxd used to create a map service with feature access.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
