Cannot add new GeoEvent service, missing button

Hello. I'm trying to create a new GeoEvent service in the GeoEvent Processor Manager. But for some strange reason I cannot figure out the "Add Service" button does not appear. I see the HTML code for the button in the GUI source, but the HTML button code is commented out. I would appreciate your help. Thank you very much in advance.

Hello David -

Please confirm the version of GeoEvent Processor that you are running. To do this, first sign-in to Manager then change the URL in the browser window from https://<host>:6143/geoevent/manager/index.html to https://<host>:6143/geoevent/manager/version.txt

If the version information displayed resembles the following, you are running the initial release 10.2.0 which did not include the ability to design and publish GeoEvent Services from within the GEP Manager. Please consider upgrading to the latest product release 10.2.2

Fixed - GeoEvent Manager - Chrome Browser issue of showing blank pages.  Using Dojo 1.6.2.

If you are running either the 10.2.1 release or the 10.2.2 release - please reply back and we can investigate further.

This may be browser related problem, e.g. older version of IE. Can you try FireFox or Chrome and see if the problem is there?

I had to use Chrome too, I did find that zoom the web page out to 150% makes some buttons 'Clickable' and showable again in IE though

I have the same problem - I'm missing the "Add Service" button. How did you solve this problem?

Signing in to Chrome or Firefox is not helping.

same issue here, I tried both firefox and IE, cannot find “add service" button, either.
