I installed ArcGis for Server on a Windows 2012 r2 Standard 64 bit version base OS. I installed SQL 2008 Enterprise. Then Geoevent Processor - same version as Server. I cannot login into Geo Processor Manager. I set the "arcgis" as the user. Tried using a different local account, a domain account. Nothing! Any ideas?
