I have a really basic question. I installed ArcGis for Server on a Windows 2012 r2 Standard 64 bit version base OS. I installed SQL 2008 Enterprise. Then Geoevent Processor - same version as Server. I cannot login into Geo Processor Manager. I set the "arcgis" as the user. Tried using a different local account, a domain account. Nothing! Any ideas? Anyone running a similar setup?

GeoEvent Processor uses its own set of logins, and there's a default manager ID and password created upon installation. It's documented here:

ArcGIS GeoEvent Processor for Server Install Guide for Windows

You will, of course, want to change the default password, at least, after logging into manager.
